The event is itinerant and lasts from 3 to 5 days, it takes place in the first decade of May. Every year we start from the choice of a Tourist Port, always different, as a landing point for international brokers in the Superyacht, Tour Operator and Foreign Journalists sector.

The Mediterranean Cooking Congress was born in 2014 with the aim of strengthening the export of quality Italian products on the foreign market, starting precisely from the nations of the Mediterranean. The event therefore features Italian producers, Italian chefs as ambassadors of these raw materials and finished products, and foreign importers / distributors as potential buyers of the Italian typical products in question.
